Seniors Corner

For older adults, social connections and community support are essential to feeling good, having fun, staying healthy, and continuing to live a full and happy life.

Discover ways to learn, connect, and get involved year-round from the City of Calgary’s Active Aging Events. They provide online and in-person events to help seniors get active and stay connected.

Also visit the City of Calgary's Free Activities webpage for details and registration information.

Free social supports, including transportation, grocery, and pet assistance; friendly visits and phone check-ins; and more, are available through the Calgary Seniors’ Resource Society.
