Meeting Information
Board meetings are held at 7:00pm on the fourth Thursday of each month at the Kingsland Community Hall.
The Kingsland Community Association’s Annual General Meeting is held on the fourth Thursday of October.
All board meetings are open to the public, however, meeting minutes are recorded to ensure that our residents are able to stay up-to-date on board activities if they are unable to attend. Board meetings do not occur from July to August to accommodate summer holidays.

The Kingsland Community Association’s Board of Directors is comprised of 100% volunteer community residents who commit their time to making Kingsland a vibrant community to live in. We kindly ask that you reach out to our Hall Manager with any questions you might have for our team so she can forward them on to the appropriate board member to follow up on. We all do our best to respond in a timely manner to inquiries, but if your message/question is time sensitive, please indicate that in your initial inquiry.
